All Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked reservation bookings are subject to the following fees for any Cancellation: Nightclub cancellations must be submitted no later than 10:00 PM PST on the night of reservation. If canceled after 10:00 PM PST any prior deposit or 20% of full payment will be forfeited. * Pool club cancellations vary per property. All Encore Beach Club reservations must be canceled 96 hours prior to the reservation date in order to be refunded the 20% deposit. Encore Beach Club reservations canceled under 96 hours are non-refundable. All other pool club reservations must be canceled no later than 10:00 AM PST on the day of the reservation. If canceled after 10:00 AM PST any prior deposit or 20% of full payment will be forfeited. *All Club Crawl reservations must be canceled 24 hours before meeting time the night of the event to receive a refund of 80% of full payment. Club Crawl cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable. * All show tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable. * All restaurant reservations must be canceled two hours prior to the reservation time. * All transportation reservations must be canceled two hours prior to pick up time. * All no-shows and unused portions are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please note that Vegas hotels consider arrivals after 11:59 PM PST on the check-in date a no-show for the entire reservation.

*All nightclub and pool clubs require guests to be 21 years of age or older. Valid ID is required.

Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked makes no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked be liable to the customer for any damages resulting from or related to any failure or delay of Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked in providing the services indicated herein. In no event shall Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked be liable to customer for any indirect, special or consequential damages or lost profits arising out of or related to Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked services, the performance or breach thereof, or the accuracy or correctness of the databases or the information contained therein, even if Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked has been advised of the possibility thereof. Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked will not be responsible for performance of its obligations hereunder where delayed or hindered by war, riots, embargos, strikes or acts of its vendors and suppliers, concealed acts of workmen(whether or Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked or others), accidents, inclement weather, Acts of God, or other causes beyond Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked reasonable control. Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked will attempt to notify the customer in the event of any of the foregoing occurrences. Should such occur Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked or customer may cancel service with no further liability. Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked will not be responsible for any damages suffered by the customer in any way related to this agreement. This includes any loss resulting from delays, and any and all service interruptions caused by Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked and its employees by its own negligence or customer’s errors or omissions. Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked shall not be in any way responsible for claims or damages caused by the customer, through fault, negligence or failure to perform customer’s responsibilities, claims against the customer by any other party, or any act or omission of any party furnishing services and/or products. Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked liability to customer hereunder, if any, shall in no event exceed the total amount customer paid to Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked hereunder. In the event that you dispute any/all charges for the reservation services provided byLas Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked, please contact Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked at reservations@nightlifeunlocked.com and we will make every effort to resolve your concerns internally. If you choose to dispute any charges directly with your credit card issuer, or Las Vegas Unlocked, Inc DBA Nightlife Unlocked and you (the client) cannot agree on a solution, you (the client) agree to pay all legal, collection and administrative fees or any other costs associated with collection of amounts due hereunder.
